ElevenLabs is seeking a strong backend generalist to own and ship data-heavy systems within Studio’s dubbing pipeline. You’ll shape specifications, manage complex data structures, and drive a greenfield project from concept to launch.

Qualifications

Strong backend generalist with experience designing and shipping complex, data-heavy systems end to end.
Experience with enterprise-grade concerns such as usage reporting and accounts.
Evidence of product ownership through side projects, open source, or product-facing work.
Experience taking projects from inception to launch with little hand-holding.

Responsibilities

Define and refine project specifications (RFCs) and data structures with the team.
Lead the Studio project from initial proposal to launch.
Own the backend data pipelines and ensure scalable architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the dubbing pipeline across languages and formats.
