Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or engineering.
• 2+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java and RESTful API design.

Responsibilities

• Author, maintain, and optimize fraud rules and policies across real-time fraud decisioning engines.
• Contribute to backend services in the fraud-prevention stack, designing features, APIs, and integrations.
• Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to accelerate rule authoring and service development with human review.
• Translate policy and analytics requirements into precise, testable rule logic and tuning.
• Test changes end-to-end before release using pre-release testing and deployment tooling.
