• Support a mature, integration-heavy platform consisting of approximately 100 applications with integrations across 44 internal client systems.
• Resolve complex production issues and participate in on-call rotation to provide Level 1 production support.
• Collaborate with experienced team members on platform-specific development and enhancement work.
• Design and implement solutions within a highly regulated environment governed by DOT, Canadian, GDPR, and other compliance requirements.
• Communicate technical decisions clearly and collaborate across multiple teams to support platform reliability and stability.
