• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to execute on product and business strategy and build novel features for users.
• Contribute to the full development cycle: design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
• Review code and design docs and provide feedback on product specs and mocks.
• Help shape team strategy and standards to improve developer workflows.
• Move fast while maintaining quality and avoiding show-stopping bugs.
• Continuously learn and improve technical and non-technical abilities.
