You will drive technical and product decisions, collaborate across product, design and engineering, and help shape features that scale to millions of users.

You will own API design, participate in full development cycles, and contribute to team standards while balancing speed and quality in a fast-moving, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of post-internship, full-time software development in large-scale distributed systems.
• 3+ years of programming experience in Go, Python, Rust or Ruby.
• Experience with GraphQL, REST, HTTP, Thrift or gRPC and designing APIs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and keep projects on schedule.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-directed, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to implement product features for high-traffic pages.
• Contribute to full development lifecycle: design, code, test, experiment, analyze and ship.
• Review code and design docs; provide feedback on specs and mocks.
• Help define team strategy and contribute to future planning.
• Balance speed and quality to deliver brand-new products with minimal process and bugs.
