Vercel is seeking a backend-leaning Software Engineer to design, build, and scale high-performance services using TypeScript, Node.js, SQL/NoSQL, AWS and infrastructure as code. If located within commuting distance of SF/NY/London/Berlin, in-office days are Monday, Tuesday and Friday; otherwise the role is fully remote.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement SCIM identity lifecycle, and help keep services secure and reliable at scale through on-call rotations.

Formación

• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of security architecture, LDAP, SAML, SSO, OAuth2, OpenID Connect and REST.
• Experience with SQL and building scalable backend services.

Responsabilidades

• Enable secure, reliable, and scalable services that exceed standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
• Maintain and operate services at high scale with on-call rotations.
• Implement identity synchronization and lifecycle management using SCIM and related standards.
• Work with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Kubernetes) to deliver scalable apps.
• Build and maintain enterprise software using TypeScript, REST APIs, and JSON.
