• Deep expertise in LLM agent framework design, including various orchestration patterns.
• Experience designing agent evaluation paradigms, including task-success metrics and human-in-the-loop review.

Responsibilities

• Own Anduril's internal LLM agent framework and its components.
• Support business lines in building LLM agents with new framework capabilities.
• Partner with machine learning teams for model post-training workflows.
