The role focuses on L3 incident handling, code reviews in GitLab, and collaboration with the VGI project team to deliver timely fixes, while adhering to SLAs and security standards. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and English/Italian language skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial web application development and maintenance.
• Strong C# and ASP.NET on IIS/Windows Server with SQL Server proficiency.
• Git/GitLab workflow and CI; basic Docker experience.
• Dependency management with NuGet/Maven; secure coding awareness (OWASP).
• English level from Upper-Intermediate; Italian from Intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Take L3 tickets in VGI ServiceNow within defined SLAs.
• Diagnose issues via log analysis in Splunk and reproduce in test env.
• Provide workarounds to restore service and implement permanent fixes.
• Submit changes to VGI GitLab via Merge Request with code review.
• Pass pipelines (SAST, SonarQube, image scanning) before release.
• Prepare CAB change descriptions, risk assessments and rollback plans.
• Lead Problem Management with root cause analysis for incidents.
• Coordinate Major Incidents with Andersen Delivery Manager and VGI PM.
• Assist with regression testing after updates and versions changes.
• Update ServiceNow KB and technical documentation after fixes.
