Andersen is hiring a DevOps Engineer with Italian to support a project delivering web and mobile applications, optimizing CI/CD processes, security, and operational reliability. The role covers modernizing pipelines, supporting on-premises and AWS deployments, and ensuring ongoing governance and SBOM documentation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in production DevOps, strong GitLab CI/CD expertise, Docker/Kaniko, and experience with vulnerability management tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of DevOps / build and release engineering for production web applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, including pipeline design, maintenance, and troubleshooting, and Git workflows.
• Experience with Docker and container image management, Kaniko or similar rootless build tools, and container registries.
• Experience with dependency and vulnerability management tools (Renovate/Dependabot, Aikido/Snyk, Trivy, SonarQube).
• Experience with Java build tools (Maven/Gradle).
• Working knowledge of AWS, RHEL, and Docker Compose environments.
• Experience with secrets management using Vault and secure CI/CD practices.
• Experience with centralized logging/monitoring tools like Splunk.
• English – Upper-Intermediate and Italian – Intermediate+.
• Nice-to-have: .NET tooling (MSBuild, dotnet CLI, NuGet) and Windows Server / IIS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage software versions, dependencies, vulnerabilities, and EOL components using aiko, Renovate, and related tools.
• Ensure high/critical vulnerabilities are updated within defined timelines.
• Plan upgrades for EOL components and coordinate with Developers.
• Maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines (Universal Pipeline) including linting, SAST, builds, tests, SonarQube gates, Docker/Kaniko builds, and Trivy scanning.
• Maintain security/quality gates, container lifecycles, artifact versioning, SBOMs.
• Troubleshoot build/deploy issues and support releases across on-premises and AWS.
• Adapt CI/CD pipelines to changing tech stacks and resolve recurring issues.
• Maintain pipeline documentation in Confluence and contribute to monthly update reports.
