• Able to translate simple business problems into multi-component solutions with clean, well-tested code.
• Comfortable navigating large code bases and providing feedback via code reviews.
• Growth mindset with proactive feedback to peers and leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication for global collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
