Job summary

FIS Management Services, LLC in Jacksonville, FL seeks Software Engineer IIs for Backend-Microservices architecture and Cloud/AWS. You will develop basic to moderately complex code, create and deliver routine specifications, and support on projects with a focus on PCI security compliance.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent and five years of relevant experience in Java, Python, .NET, and JavaScript, with exposure to a range of databases and development tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, BIS, MIS or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in coding, designing, developing and analyzing data with IBM Rational Tools and enterprise APIs.
• Experience with front-end/back-end languages including Java, Python, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server, DB2 and Hadoop.
• Knowledge of PCI security compliance is a plus, and willingness to adhere to company policies on security.

Responsibilities

• Develop basic to moderately complex code using back-end and front-end languages within the platform.
• Create and deliver routine program specifications for code development and support on projects.
• Perform unit testing and validation for code changes and document application flow.
• Analyze, modify and develop code to align with application and database interactions.
• Apply a basic understanding of procedures and standards, including PCI security compliance.
