Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional backend engineering experience, with Python, Go, or similar production language.
• Strong experience with relational databases, e.g., PostgreSQL.
• Able to balance technical craft with business impact and deliver value quickly.
• Excellent communication to collaborate with peers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test reliable backend services and APIs that power core product features at scale.
• Work across domains including API design, data modeling, and event modeling to optimize performance.
• Own the development lifecycle for defined features from implementation to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and learn from system feedback.
