Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience in Python, Go, or similar high-scale backend language.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems architecture and relational databases.
• Experience delivering systems at significant scale and complexity.
• Strong CS fundamentals and ability to reason about algorithms and performance.
• Excellent communication with technical and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own design and implementation of core backend services and APIs powering key product capabilities.
• Ensure systems are built for high-volume scale, reliability, and security; guide infrastructure decisions.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and platform teams to translate features into robust solutions.
• Mentor engineers, perform code and design reviews, and elevate backend best practices.
