Rippling is hiring a Software Engineer II, Backend for the Platform Team in New York, NY. You will design and scale backend services, shaping core infrastructure used across HR, IT, and Finance products.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, own features end-to-end, and contribute to performance and reliability in a fast-growing environment. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of backend experience (Python/Go), strong PostgreSQL skills, and clear communication to translate complex ideas

Formación

• 2+ years of backend experience with Python or Go.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or relational DBs.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and test backend services and APIs at scale.
• Work across API design, data modeling, event modeling, and performance optimization.
• Own features from implementation to deployment and monitoring.
