You will work with Product, Design, Analytics, and Data Science to build scalable infrastructure and features that help members understand their health and optimize performance.

Responsibilities include collaborating across teams, leveraging Java, Kafka, AWS, and PostgreSQL, delivering high-quality code, and maintaining observability.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of backend software development experience, ideally in Java.
• Familiarity with asynchronous processing systems (Kafka, SQS).
• Experience in backend development for large-scale systems and RESTful API design.
• Experience with relational database design and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with scalable system design and performance optimization.
• Strong independent problem-solving and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
