Job summary

Stripe is seeking a software engineer to join the LPM Partner Success team in the United States. You will design systems to support 26+ local payment methods and build self-serve tools that help partners ship features faster and independently.

You will collaborate with OCS, Billing, and Risk, mentor engineers, and own backend APIs while maintaining a strong user focus and autonomy in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Build platforms to support 26+ local payment methods and enable faster partner integration.
• Ship features on the LPM Partner Dashboard, giving partners visibility and control.
• Design self-serve workflows for partners to debug, monitor, and operate independently.
• Collaborate with OCS, Billing, Risk, and other teams to support Stripe products.
• Mentor engineers on the team and resolve production issues across the stack.
