Job summary

Stripe is hiring for its LPM Partner Success team in Seattle. You will design systems to enable 26+ payment methods, building a single abstraction to improve integration quality for partners and internal teams.

You’ll work with OCS, Billing, and Risk to ensure smooth launches, while mentoring fellow engineers and delivering self-serve tools for debugging and monitoring. This role emphasizes autonomy and a broad technical palette.

Responsibilities

• Build platforms that improve the integration quality for multiple payment methods.
• Ship features on the LPM Partner Dashboard to give partners visibility and control.
• Design self-serve workflows for partners to debug, monitor, and operate independently.
• Streamline onboarding of new payment methods for global teams.
• Collaborate with OCS, Billing, Risk and other teams to support Stripe products.
• Debug and resolve production issues across the stack.
• Mentor engineers on the team.
