Ideal candidates have 3+ years in backend development with Python, are strong in testing, and comfortable with Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, and AWS. Hybrid SF office 3 days/week with equity and benefits.

• Incorporate feedback and continuously improve craft.
• Write thorough code reviews, tests, and focus on observability and performance.
