Plaid is hiring a Backend Engineer to design and maintain scalable backend services in a performance-driven environment. You will collaborate with product managers to implement features that meet customer needs and ensure code quality through automated testing.

Ideal candidates bring 1–4 years of backend experience with Go/Python/Java/Node.js, plus MySQL and microservices familiarity. Expect strong ownership and customer empathy in a fast-paced, inclusive team.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Design & Development: Build and maintain backend services with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define and implement new features that meet product and customer needs.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Testing & Debugging: Develop automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase. Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
