Qualifications

• 3+ года разработки ПО
• Опыт разработки AI-агентов и компонентов: память, контекст, извлечение, оркестрация
• Умение работать с TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker и Git
• Опыт разработки бэкенда на FastAPI/Spring Boot/NestJS
• Знание немецкого языка на уровне B2; готовность поднять C1 в течение первого года
• Плюсом: SQL, проектирование API, оптимизация запросов, интеграция ML/AI в продакшн

Responsibilities

• Разработка PR-платформы в рамках полного цикла разработки
• Создание системы агентов: консультанты, самообучающиеся циклы, многог-agentная оркестрация
• Участие в архитектуре системы, моделях данных, интерфейсах и стеке технологий
• Развитие архитектуры баз данных: реляционные и векторные БД
• Формирование технического слоя и стратегия внедрения AI в процессы
• Сопрдвация с менеджментом по реализации идей и стандартов

Develop the PR platform through full-stack engineering in rapid development cycles Build an agent system that redefines the PR value chain, including agents for consultants, self-learning loops, and multi-agent orchestration Contribute to system architecture, including workflows, data models, interfaces, compliance, and the tech stack Evolve the database architecture, including relational and vector databases Shape the technology layer and define how getpress uses technology Bring AI into company processes and strategy Implement ideas and define standards in collaboration with management

Требования:

More than 3 years of software development experience More than 1 year of experience developing AI agents and components such as memory, context engineering, retrieval, and orchestration using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or LangGraph Experience with TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, Git, LangGraph, and GitHub Experience developing backend systems with frameworks such as FastAPI, Spring Boot, or NestJS and languages such as Java, TypeScript, or Python Experience with container-based and cloud-native architectures, such as Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS B2 German is sufficient; willingness to take a course to reach C1 during the first year Будет плюсом: SQL, API design, schema design, query optimization, integrating AI/ML models into production systems, understanding model behavior, performance, and limitations, product engineering from business and user perspectives, event-driven architecture with Kafka or RabbitMQ, agentic development with Claude Code or Codex
