Qualifications

• 2–5 years backend or full-stack software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with data-intensive or platform products strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/SQL Server) and data processing concepts.
• Experience with multiple system integrations (APIs, databases, enterprise platforms).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance backend services powering OnCoor’s data processing and integration platform.
• Develop scalable APIs and services for metadata-driven workflows.
• Build robust data ingestion, transformation, and validation pipelines.
• Own backend components and data processing modules; ensure performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, data, QA, and DevOps teams to ship features.
