Job summary

CareSphere is seeking a Backend Developer to build and scale the technology powering its agentic home care platform. You will develop secure, scalable backend systems and APIs using Python, Django, Django REST Framework, and PostgreSQL, while supporting authentication, security, monitoring, and deployment processes.

Responsibilities include designing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases, building AI-driven workflow integrations, and collaborating with product, AI, and engineering teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong Python, SQL, Django, and PostgreSQL experience.
• Experience with Docker, Redis, AWS, and containerized applications.
• Knowledge of software architecture, security, and best practices.
• Experience with Celery, ELK Stack is a plus.
