Job summary

CareSphere is hiring an in-office Software Developer to build and scale backend systems using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL. You will design secure APIs, optimize databases, and collaborate with product and AI teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires strong English communication and hands-on experience with containerized deployments (Docker, AWS) and modern async tooling like Celery and WebSockets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong Python, SQL, Django, and PostgreSQL experience.
• Experience with Docker, Redis, AWS, and containerized applications.
• Knowledge of software architecture, security, and best practices.
• Experience with Celery, ELK Stack, and WebSockets is a plus.
