Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, testing, operating and maintaining products.
• Takes full stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable code.
• Adheres to architectural best practices with focus on scalability, reliability and performance.
• Performs analysis on failures and proposes design changes for operational improvements.
• Makes sound design decisions prioritising customer experience.
• Implements feedback from code reviews to meet standards.
• Conducts code reviews to guide engineering best practices and compliance.
• Ensures all product development complies with security and regulatory standards.
• Drives reliability engineering practices and embeds them into development.
• Embraces new technologies and contributes to best practices for the bank’s tech transformation.
• Contributes to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Prioritises and sizes tasks for incremental delivery and communicates blockers early.
