Job summary

Turing Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineering evaluator to help build and refine AI training datasets. The role focuses on Python across backend services, data pipelines, and ML infrastructure, with additional work in JavaScript, C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.

You will curate code examples, provide precise solutions, and correct code while collaborating with researchers and cross-functional teams. This is a contract position in the United States, 10–40 hours per week for 1 month.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python expertise with production-grade software.
• Experience building full-stack applications and deploying scalable software.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code quality.
• Excellent oral and written communication for clear evaluation rationales.

Responsibilities

• Curate code examples and build solutions primarily in Python.
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability, reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI-driven coding solutions.
• Build agents and automated verification tools in Python to verify code quality.
• Hypothesize on software engineering cycle steps and evaluate model capabilities.
• Design verification mechanisms to automatically verify solutions.
