What You Will Do As a Back Waiter

• Carry orders to the table and serve plates.
• Assist chefs with expediting orders, including assembly and garnishing.
• Read food tickets, pick up plates, and organize for delivery.
• Remove used dishes and deliver to the dishwashing station.
• Notify the expediter of ready tables.
• Replenish stations with supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Break down and clean work areas, store perishables, and restock supplies.
