Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Back Up Scan Coordinator in Deerfield Beach to manage daily, weekly and monthly price changes, update shelf signs, and ensure pricing accuracy across departments. You will verify promotional pricing and maintain price integrity while complying with company and regulatory requirements.

The role requires attention to detail, numerical proficiency, and the ability to work varied hours.

Qualifications

• Age 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, and 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze pricing programs, maintain reports and schedules.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Read price tags, create signs, post price tags; use a computer to activate pricing; ladder use.
• Lift up to 17 lbs., move boxes up to 8 ft., walk up to 4 miles in 8 hours.
• Repetitive crouching/kneeling/squatting to access low positions for up to 50 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain price integrity with daily, weekly and monthly price changes and signage.
• Verify weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy, and signage across departments.
• Ensure compliance with company and governmental regulations regarding pricing.
• Support pricing integrity in a fast-paced store environment.
