Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Back Up Scan Coordinator in a fast-paced store environment. You will ensure pricing integrity by updating signs, tags, and promotions across departments, while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to read price tags, and friendly interactions with customers and team members. Flexible hours are common in this position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and organizational abilities to manage scanning programs and reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Able to read price tags, create and post signs, and operate basic pricing software and a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, including signs and tags, across departments.
• Verify weekly ad price changes and promotional price accuracy.
• Ensure pricing signage compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Work quickly with accuracy to support pricing integrity in-store operations.
• Adapt to varied hours as business dictates.
