Job summary

Brunswick in Clinton Township, MI is seeking an experienced Back up Driver (Non CDL) to support multi-stop routes in the surrounding areas. This role involves loading, unloading, delivering goods with proper documentation, and maintaining an efficient route schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with prior delivery experience.
• Medical examiner's certificate and satisfactory driving record must be maintained.
• OSHA Hazmat, Driver Specific Hazmat and Security Awareness training certification required/beneficial.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs; physical stamina for route work.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure and unload products safely and maintain a route schedule.
• Receive and provide documentation for deliveries to ensure timely service.
• Communicate effectively with customers and documentation handlers.
• Inspect vehicle before/after deliveries and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Adapt to schedule changes and maintain reliable attendance.
