Job summary

Brunswick Corporation is seeking a Remote Driver-based role with a starting pay of $21.50 per hour, located near Fond du Lac, WI. The position involves learning multiple delivery routes, loading and unloading goods, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate has delivery experience, OSHA Hazmat certification, and a valid CDL is preferred but not required. Benefits include 401k with match, health plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with prior delivery experience.
• Medical examiner's certificate and the ability to have and maintain a satisfactory driving record within company policy limits.
• Must be able to become certified through OSHA in Basic Hazmat, Driver Specific Hazmat, and Security Awareness.
• CDL preferred but not required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Must be comfortable driving a truck and navigate successfully in minimal access areas.
• Learn multiple delivery routes with varying start times; flexibility to cover changes.
• Load, secure and unload product safely; maintain a route schedule.
• Receive and provide documentation for delivery of goods to ensure timely service.
• Professional appearance with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Vehicle inspection pre-and post-delivery; compliance with regulations.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are critical.
• Must have and maintain the ability to work with minimal supervision.
