Job summary

Brunswick is seeking an experienced Driver to join the Old Lyme CT team, covering Salem and surrounding areas. A reliable, customer-focused driver with multi-stop route experience is preferred. Excellent starting wage and benefits including 401k with company match and profit sharing are offered.

The role requires ability to load/unload safely, maintain routes, and meet delivery schedules while upholding professional customer service standards. CDL is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with prior delivery experience
• Medical examiner's certificate and satisfactory driving record within company policy limits
• OSHA Hazmat, Driver Specific Hazmat, and Security Awareness certifications
• CDL preferred but not required
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Drive truck and navigate in minimal access areas
• Learn multiple delivery routes with varying start times; cover unexpected changes
• Load, secure and unload product safely; maintain route schedule
• Provide delivery documentation for timely service
• Maintain professional appearance and excellent customer service
• Inspect CODs and delivery manifests; ensure accuracy
• Perform vehicle inspections pre- and post-delivery; comply with regulations
• Maintain excellent attendance and reliability
