Job summary

Brunswick is seeking an experienced Driver to join our Grand Rapids team, delivering to Grand Rapids and surrounding areas. You will load, secure, and unload products, maintain a route schedule, and provide excellent customer service.

We offer an excellent starting wage with a strong benefits package, including 401(k) with company match and profit sharing. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a clean driving record, Hazmat training, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical examiner's certificate and satisfactory driving record.
• OSHA Hazmat and Driver Safety training certifications to obtain.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure and unload products safely and maintain a route schedule.
• Receive and provide documentation for delivery of goods to ensure timely service.
• Demonstrate communication and customer service skills.
• Accurate handling of CODs and delivery manifests.
• Conduct pre- and post-delivery vehicle inspections and comply with regulations.
• Maintain excellent attendance and reliability.
• Solve practical problems with minimal supervision.
