Alisal Ranch seeks an experienced Back Server/Runner to support dining venues on-site in Solvang, CA. The role involves ensuring tables are set, silverware and glassware are polished, and beverages are replenished, while maintaining cleanliness and organization across dining areas.

You will run food, assist in delivering to tables, and collaborate with kitchen and dishwashing teams to sustain high service levels. On-site work with health benefits and 401(k) available.

Qualifications

• Prior bussing or server assistant/running experience a plus.
• Desire to establish outstanding interactions with guests.
• Integrity, dependability, and adaptability.
• Multi-tasking, attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and organization.

• Ability to lift, push, and pull minimum 50 lbs.
• Able to work on site and to stand, sit, walk, and move continuously for duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist restaurant staff in serving guests at Ranch dining venues.
• Ensure tables are set and silverware and glassware are polished and placed correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining venues, tables, and chairs.
• Clear dishes, silverware, and glassware at correct times and replenish condiments.
• Run food and assist in delivery to tables when necessary.
• Collaborate with restaurant teams, culinary, and dishwashing staff to ensure optimum service levels.
