Job summary

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Front Servers to ensure seamless service for guests.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining room, including table and chair arrangements, linens, and utensils.
• Bring food and beverages to guests and provide refills as needed.
• Clear and reset tables throughout the meal.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, including wiping down tables, chairs, and menus.
• Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are delivered accurately and timely.
• Handle any guest inquiries or concerns professionally and elevate to management when necessary.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete side work and assigned tasks as directed by management.
