Job summary

The Twelve Thirty Club in Nashville, TN is hiring a Back Server and Food Runner to support the dining room team and deliver exceptional hospitality.

You’ll stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work weekends or holidays as needed. Compensation is $12.00 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days, plus benefits including medical insurance and an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant is helpful.
• Demonstrated teamwork and strong communication skills.
• Ability to deliver friendly, attentive hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest.
• Clear and clean tables after guests leave and reset quickly.
• Coordinate with servers and managers to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in high-volume periods while maintaining composure.
