The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is hiring for a Back Server at Culinary Dropout in Salt Lake City. Join a fast-paced team that values hospitality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction. Previous restaurant experience is helpful; must be able to stand long hours and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Clear and clean tables after guests leave, reset for the next guest.
• Calmly perform in a high-volume environment and respond to requests with poise.
• Communicate with guests, servers, hosts, and managers to ensure great service.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with guest seating and service to ensure timely hospitality.
• Maintain clean tables, reset dining areas quickly after each guest.
• Support front-of-house team during peak hours and high-volume periods.
• Answer guest questions and coordinate with servers and managers.
• Help maintain a positive, energetic dining atmosphere.
