Job summary

Culinary Dropout, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is hiring immediately for a bartender to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting. You’ll craft cocktails, provide guest hospitality, and help drive a memorable dining experience.

Two+ years of high-volume bartending, strong beer/wine/spirits knowledge, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 25 lb are required. Familiarity with POS systems/OpenTable is preferred; weekends and holidays availability is a must.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Provide excellent hospitality and genuine guest recommendations
• Know the menu and offer genuine beverage suggestions
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, with basic cocktail skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and OpenTable or similar systems

• You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
• Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
• Have a strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits. Know basic cocktail recipes
• Keep it clean. You’re fanatical about clutter.

What you’ll do:

• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
