Job summary

Evelyn in in Dallas is seeking a Back Server to support servers by preparing the dining room for guests, cleaning tables, and setting decorations and utensils.

The role requires greeting guests, working as a team to ensure top service, upholding sanitation and safety policies, and keeping tables stocked and refreshed.

You will also help with closing duties, communicate guest concerns to management, and participate in required orientation and trainings.

• Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors; removing trash and recyclables from the facility.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Informs management of guests concerns at all times.

Requirements:

• Must attend and successfully complete orientation, and Team Member training program prior to working a shift.
• Must review and abide by all company policies and procedures as outlined.
• Must successfully attend, complete and maintain all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications.
