Job summary

Premier Truck Group is hiring for a Back Parts Counter Sales role. You will provide excellent customer service by listening to customers and meeting their needs, and you will respond to telephone and email inquiries to locate the right parts.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of sales or counter experience. You will search catalogs, contact vendors for availability and pricing, and assist warehouse staff in locating parts in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain Phone Room cleanliness.
• Assist warehouse personnel in identifying and finding parts.
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Back Parts Counter Sales Requirements:

Education

A high school diploma and/or GED is required. Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skill, and abilities. Additional product training preferred.

Experience

A minimum of one year experience in sales and/or counter operations is required.
