Tri-City Cardiology Consultants PC is seeking a Back Office Supervisor to lead the Medical Assistant team in our North Gilbert clinic. The role ensures efficient back office operations, maintains schedules, and drives patient satisfaction through strong communication and leadership.

The position offers a Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. schedule, with a salary range of $45,000–$55,000 annually. Benefits begin after hire and comprehensive incentives are provided to reward performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant diploma required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required or to be obtained within 90 days.
• Minimum two years as a medical assistant prefered.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workflow and workload of back office team.
• Maintains staff schedules and adjusts to volume needs.
• Coordinates communication meetings and 1:1s.
• Handles employee performance evaluations and coaching.
• Oversees payroll processing and time-off approvals.
• Shadows staff for skill and service competency.
• Addresses employee complaints and grievances with management.
• Manages inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Develops productivity measures for staffing resources.
• Keeps knowledge up-to-date through training and seminars.
