Job summary

Caely is seeking an enthusiastic Back Office Specialist — Renewable Power & Gas to support the full trade lifecycle across energy markets. You will coordinate contracts, confirmations, settlements, invoicing, and reporting while working closely with traders and counterparties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, energy management, environmental studies, or related field.
• 3+ years in Operations, Trade Support, Settlements, Logistics, Contract Administration, or Back Office in energy/environmental commodities.
• Understanding of contract administration, trade lifecycle, settlements and invoicing.
• Experience with environmental attributes, renewable certificates, carbon instruments, or registries preferred.
• Ability to manage complex contracts and ensure accurate data in systems.
• Advanced Excel and reporting tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support full trade lifecycle across renewable power, gas, and environmental markets.
• Coordinate contract execution, trade confirmations, settlements and invoicing.
• Reconcile positions and assist with regulatory and internal controls.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor contractual obligations.
• Coordinate environmental attribute transfers and reporting.
