  • Ensure shared drives are organized and current.
  • Update task management systems with deadlines and priorities.
  • Support leadership with reporting packets and documentation.
  • Identify workflow improvements using software and AI while safeguarding information.

Position Overview

The Restaurant Back-Office & Operations Coordinator plays a central role in maintaining the reporting, documentation, and system integrity that support our multi-unit operations.

Key Responsibilities

Store Reporting & Data Management

  • Compile and organize daily sales reports across multiple locations
  • Maintain performance tracking spreadsheets and dashboards
  • Audit store-level data for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies
  • Prepare structured weekly reporting summaries for leadership

Back-Office Administration

  • Maintain digital filing systems (leases, permits, vendor documents)
  • Track compliance deadlines and renewal calendars
  • Process incoming mail and invoices
  • Ensure shared drives remain organized and current

Operational Coordination

  • Update task management systems with deadlines and priorities
  • Support leadership with reporting packets and documentation
  • Maintain recurring process checklists
  • Identify and recommend workflow and reporting improvements through the use of software, AI, and efficiency-enhancing tools while safeguarding sensitive company information.
Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, structured data)
