Qualifications

• 1 year of professional back-office MA experience.
• Proficient, accurate, and thorough with all stated tasks.
• Ability to work as a team with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Check in and prepare patient for office visit/examination.
• Obtain vital signs and assist with in-office procedures.
• Relay lab results and obtain patient histories.
• Assist physician with examinations and injections.
• Monitor patients after injections and manage test results.
• Handle in-coming calls from patients, pharmacies, and labs.
• Clean and sanitize examination rooms and sterilize instruments.
