Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program or surgical technician program.
• Minimum of 2 years comparable clinical back office medical assistant experience.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests.
• Resolve inquiries and assist with clinic services and hours of operation.
• Take medical histories, record vitals, and support clinician care.
• Manage inventory and replenish supplies.
• Administer medications, including injections within scope of practice.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, respond to emails, and maintain clear communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
