Chick-fil-A Perimeter Pointe in Atlanta is seeking a Shift Leader in Training to oversee restaurant operations during your shift, coach Team Members, and uphold our standards while delivering a guest experience that keeps people coming back.

Ready to Lead? We provide paid training to become a Shift Leader!

As a Shift Leader at Chick-fil-A Perimeter Pointe, you’ll be responsible for leading the restaurant during your shift, developing Team Members, protecting our standards, and creating an experience our guests want to come back to. This role offers 1-2 month training to become a Shift Leader. Pay will begin at $17 an hour as a Shift Lead in Training and once training is completed, pay will increase to $18 an hour for your promotion to Shift Lead.

This is real leadership experience. You’ll make decisions, coach people, solve problems, and learn the fundamentals of restaurant management—all while working alongside a team that wants to win together.

What You'll Do

Lead the Shift

• Take ownership of the restaurant while you're on duty.
• Set the tone, pace, and energy for the team.
• Put the right people in the right positions to create an exceptional guest and team experience.
• Make confident decisions when challenges arise.
• Keep the restaurant running with speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and excellence.
• Delegate cleaning checklists and food assessments amongst the team, ensuring completion

Develop People

• Coach Team Members in the moment and help them become better at what they do.
• Provide both positive and constructive feedback.
• Recognize great performance and reinforce the behaviors we want to see.
• Help train and develop future leaders.
• Create an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and encouraged.

Protect the Brand

• Maintain Chick-fil-A standards for food quality, food safety, cleanliness, hospitality, and speed of service.
• Lead by example—you won't ask your team to do anything you're unwilling to do yourself.
• Protect our culture by being a positive, encouraging, and servant-hearted leader.
• Create and maintain systems and checklists that help the team consistently execute at a high level.

Solve Problems & Improve the Business

• Identify opportunities to make the restaurant better.
• Work with the leadership team to develop solutions.
• Use data, feedback, experience, and good judgment to make decisions.
• Look beyond today's shift and think about how your leadership can improve tomorrow.
