In this leadership role, you will oversee Back of House operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency. The ideal candidate has at least a year of supervisory experience and strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off‑price, big‑box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process including receiving and sorting deliveries.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness and organization are at standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to eliminate shortage.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork.
• Accountability for team productivity and merchandise protection.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new associates.
