Job summary

Chick-fil-A Coliseum Blvd. is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support daily kitchen operations in Fort Wayne, IN. You will help prepare, cook, and present items to Chick-fil-A standards while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

This part-time role (20-25 hours) includes evenings, with 5pm-11pm shifts and requires Fridays and Saturdays. It offers a friendly team, scholarship opportunities, healthcare-like perks, and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely per Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep kitchen neat, clean and orderly.
• Stay up-to-date with new products from Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report issues to Leadership.
• Complete in-house training and stay current with changes.
• Open or close tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
