Responsibilities

• Oversee all orders that leave the kitchen to ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
• Provide excellent customer service as the customer-facing voice of the kitchen.
• Cook and ensure high quality and consistency for every order.
• Prep all ingredients to keep the taco machine running smoothly.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the right equipment is ready.
• Lead the kitchen team, manage POS system, and handle food properly.
