Job summary

Chick-fil-A Flower Mound is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support high-volume kitchen operations and uphold Chick-fil-A's standards for quality and service.

You will work with an independent Owner/Operator in a friendly, team‑oriented environment, with 2:00pm–10:30pm shifts. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, free food on shift, and opportunities for growth and scholarship support.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and guest-focused.
• Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and collaboration.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to multi‑task in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift and carry 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently to Chick‑fil‑A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations and maintain stock as needed.
• Keep kitchen clean and organized at all times.
