Chick-fil-A is hiring a Back of House Team Member to support our kitchen and dining operations, working directly with an independent Owner/Operator in a friendly, team‑oriented environment. You’ll prepare, cook, assemble and present food to Chick-fil-A standards, stock inventory, keep the kitchen clean, and stay up to date with new products and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble and present food safely and quickly to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations and maintain prep areas.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and procedures.
• Operate safely around kitchen equipment and report issues to Leadership.
• Complete in-house training and stay current on changes.
• Perform opening/closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
